As a young person showing interest in what's up with tobacco you are joining a growing movement of young people who are fed up with the lies of the tobacco industry and are redefining what is "cool." Did you know that back in the day it was cool to wear suspender pants without buckling them? Or how about the crazy peacock hair? Well, it's a good thing those "cool" things aren't addictive! Unfortunately, some kids start using tobacco because they think it is "cool" because that is what the tobacco companies want you to think. Really, the opposite is true. Most smokers end up looking sick and even young smokers smell and cough and have yellow teeth and fingers. Who wants to kiss someone that smells and tastes like an ashtray?! Remember, your choices create your world.
